Enterprise Wireless Network Engineer#26-04561 Pittsburgh, PA On-site Contract Starts 4/27/2026 Ends 10/27/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Enterprise Wireless Network Engineer for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role leverages deep technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build, and maintain enterprise technology solutions, with a focus on large-scale wireless networks. The successful candidate will provide support for enterprise engineering teams, full stack engineers, and clients, ensuring the implementation of best practices to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Leverage technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build, and maintain enterprise technology solutions Provide support for enterprise engineering teams, full stack engineers, and clients Support the implementation of enterprise engineering strategies and best practices to support business objectives Provide guidance to engineers across the organization regarding the development of softwareponents and hardware Work to develop relationships with stakeholders and appropriately address all applicable client requirements Provide advice and resolve problems and issues involved in enterprise engineering activities

Requirements:

7+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise wireless networks Deep understanding of 802.11 standards, RF principles, roaming behavior, and wireless security Experience designing and supporting internet offload and guest Wi Fi architectures in large enterprise environments Experience operating wireless networks at enterprise scale (hundreds to thousands of access points and locations) Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery models for enterprise network initiatives Proven expertise with Aruba ClearPass, including 802.1X, BYOD workflows, guest access, device profiling, and

Strong hands on experience with Aruba wireless platforms, including access points, controllers, and Aruba Central Desired skills: Experience in financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments Experience supporting large branch, campus, or retail wireless deployments Exposure to Agile networking or NetOps operating models, including collaboration with automation and platform engineering teams Familiarity with Network as Code / Infrastructure as Code concepts as applied to enterprise networking (e.g., automation friendly design, configuration standardization, API driven platforms) Familiarity with wireless assurance and observability tools Scripting or automation exposure (e.g., Python, REST APIs) related to network operations Pay range: $46.72 - $54.72 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
