Pay Rate:
$65-70/hr on W2 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Network Manager to lead and mentor a small network engineering team while actively managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with deep technical expertise in network operations, architecture, security, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Network Engineers. Provide hands-on support for enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs. Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable LAN/WAN and cloud networking solutions. Serve as the escalation point for complex network and connectivity issues. Manage network-related infrastructure projects from planning through execution. Ensure network security through effective management of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security policies. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support business and infrastructure objectives. Maintain network documentation, standards, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with: LAN/WAN technologies
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Enterprise routing and switching Network security and firewall management Wireless networking technologies Experience with: Fortinet/FortiGate SD-WAN Cisco networking environments VPN technologies VMware infrastructure Microsoft Teams Voice SentinelOne Cloud networking experience in AWS and/or Azure. Knowledge of network monitoring and automation tools. Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Preferred Certifications
CCNA CCNP
CompTIA Network+ Equivalent networking certifications
