Job Description

This full-time position provides you with an opportunity to design, build and maintain AI-powered solutions and automation that drive efficiency across the organization. This position will work with the AI Administrator to evaluate, implement, and govern AI and automation initiatives, ensuring they are scalable, secure and maintainable. Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Analytical skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or at least three years of hands-on experience in automation engineering, AI/data engineering, software development, or a related technical field required. Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and agentic workflow design preferred. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and/or Nintex platforms for workflow automation and RPA preferred. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services preferred. Experience designing, building, and deploying API integrations preferred. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms preferred.
