Job Description
Building Automation Estimator - Remote | $200K+ OTEA growing building automation contractor is looking to hire an experienced BAS Estimator into a business-critical role. This can be a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership on high-value projects while supporting continued expansion across multiple sectors.

Pharma & BiotechThe Role:
- Full responsibility for BAS / controls estimating
- Working directly with senior leadership on key bids
- Supporting a strong and expanding project pipeline
Compensation:
- Base salary: $100K - $150K
Commission:
$50K - $100KOTE:
$200K+What they're looking for:- Proven experience in building automation / controls estimating
