JOB SUMMARY
The Endpoint Technologies Specialist is responsible for providing first- and second-level support for end-user devices, applications, and systems across the organization. They perform troubleshooting, repair, configuration, and deployment of Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, while delivering both on-site and remote support. The Endpoint Technologies Specialist manages the full lifecycle of endpoint equipment, including inventory, imaging, deployment, and decommissioning. They support daily operations in a hybrid environment through endpoint management, patching, and software deployments to ensure reliable, high-performing user technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Provide end-user support, including ticket management and issue resolution Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities and deliver user training and documentation Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and hybrid systems (M365, cloud, on-prem) Support and maintain endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, cameras, and ATMs Configure and assign endpoint devices to the appropriate VLANs using network administration tools Monitor systems and perform patching, maintenance, and performance optimization Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration, device compliance, software deployment, and patch management across the organization's managed devices Manage IT assets inventory and lifecycle Administer user accounts, access, and security controls (provisioning, permissions, password resets) Analyze issues and implement process and system improvements Assist with system testing, deployments, upgrades, and implementations Maintain technical documentation and support audit/compliance requirements Support system monitoring, reporting, and operational tracking Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and deliver solutions Prioritize and route incidents to ensure timely resolution Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the position in a satisfactory manner. Individual abilities and organizational limitations may result in some deviation from these guidelines. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field required or equivalent experience required. 1 - 3 years of prior experience in an IT related role. Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies a plus Experience with cloud computing technologies and terminologies a plus Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, the Windows environment, and internet research skills. Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment. Must be self-motivated with strong initiative, high level of accountability, and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to always maintain a high degree of ethical standards and complete confidentiality.
