Who You Are 6-10 years of experience in network administration, with proven expertise in Cisco Meraki within a global enterprise Skilled in planning, organizing, and documenting complex system designs, consistent with corporate policies and procedures Strong communicator, able to convey technical information across multiple levels and build trust and credibility Calm under pressure, able to respond effectively to emergency situations and network outages Experienced with Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Meraki switching and routing Adept at training and mentoring junior engineers and technical support staff Innovative, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement Excellent team building, project management, and organizational skills Cisco Certified Network Professional
