at Vistex, Inc. in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, United States Job Description Post-production consulting. Maintenance of existing configuration and code. Technical troubleshooting. Application enhancements. Quality assurance testing. Document changes and enhancements. Manage work flow and ticket assignments. Facilitate communications between decentralized team members. Mentor team members on Vistex/SAP skills. Work with other departments to facilitate accurate and timely issue resolution. With Director, establish and manage team policies and procedures to meet department and organizational goals. Evaluate associate performance and with Director communicate to team members. Server as liaison between business customers and technical teams. Support other non VitalLink customers and projects as needed. 10% domestic travel is required. Telecommuting is allowed.
