The Network Development Coordinator supports the Network Development Manager in executing initiatives related to provider recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across Altais's Networks of Care (including Brown & Toland Physicians, Altais Care Network, and Family Care Specialist IPA). This role is responsible for coordinating outreach efforts, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining provider data, and assisting with relationship management activities to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for prospective and newly contracted providers. The Coordinator plays a key role in operational execution, process support, and cross-functional coordination. This position is a hybrid opportunity in the region you're assigned to. Candidates considered for this role must live in one of the following regions: Sacramento, Riverside, Bay Area, or Los Angeles You will focus on:
Provider Recruitment Support:
Assist in identifying prospective physicians and providers by conducting research, maintaining lead lists, and supporting outreach efforts. Coordinate initial communications and schedule meetings for the Network Development Manager.
Provider Onboarding Coordination:
Support the onboarding process for new providers by coordinating documentation, tracking onboarding steps, and partnering with internal teams (e.g., credentialing, contracting) to ensure timely completion of requirements.
Provider Engagement Support:
Assist in maintaining relationships with prospective and newly onboarded providers by coordinating follow-ups, responding to basic inquiries, and escalating issues to the Network Development Manager as needed.
Presentation & Event Coordination:
Support preparation of presentation materials, proposals, and outreach content. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and presentations (in-person and virtual), including scheduling, materials, and follow-up communication.
Market & Data Support:
Conduct basic market research and maintain tracking tools related to provider outreach, recruitment pipelines, and network development activities. Compile data and assist in reporting for leadership review.
Service & Program Knowledge:
Maintain working knowledge of organizational services and provider offerings to support accurate communication and coordination efforts.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with internal teams (marketing, physician relations, operations) to support outreach campaigns, communications, and onboarding activities. Assist in coordinating provider-facing initiatives such as events, mailings, and meetings.
Travel Support:
Participate in occasional local travel within the Bay Area to support provider meetings, events, or onboarding activities, as needed. The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, operations, coordination, or related field Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational workflows Familiarity with healthcare environments, provider networks, or managed care preferred

Experience working with physicians or provider offices in an administrative or support capacity Exposure to onboarding, credentialing, or provider operations processes The Base Salary for this position is $56,925 - $74,520/year In addition, we provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
