Work Location:

Irving, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Some positions may allow telecommuting.

Job Duties:

As part of a team, analyze, install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support networks, systems, and/or servers. Maintain and administer computer networks, systems, and application software and all configurations. Preform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Analyze, implement, and modify network components. Work with onsite and offshore teams for day-to-day network operations. Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and/or hardware. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and/or server resources and systems. Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Install, maintain, and upgrade network software. Monitor network system performance to ensure proper operation. Perform network testing and optimize network connectivity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems. Provide network reports to the client.

Requirements:

Masters degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 6 months of experience in the job offered or 6 months in a related occupation including Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or related experience. 40hrs/week.
