We partner with property owners, managers, and developers to provide turnkey technology that enhances property value, resident satisfaction, and optimize operations. STELLAR is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Network Operations Controller to support the performance, reliability, and day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure. This role is responsible for continuously monitoring network health, responding to incidents, and executing approved configurations and maintenance across routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and servers. The ideal candidate has a strong operational mindset with experience in network support or systems administration, and a solid understanding of troubleshooting, incident management, and infrastructure best practices. They should be comfortable working within established procedures while effectively communicating with internal teams and stakeholders. Execute approved network changes, patches, and upgrades while minimizing service disruption and adhering to change management procedures. Assist with pre-deployment configuration and testing of new MDU network builds prior to installation, working from engineering-provided designs and specifications. Assist in the configuration, administration, and onboarding of new commercial and enterprise customers under engineering direction. 3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor network usage and performance trends, identify potential bottlenecks or congestion, and surface findings to the engineering team with supporting data. Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents. Prepare reports on network performance, uptime, and incidents for management and stakeholders. 4. Systems Administration Support Assist in the change management and archiving of user accounts, file access, and system access across the Stellar Broadband network and datacenter.
