Sound like the kind of team you want to be part of? Let's take a closer look at the roleJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.

Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki switching and wireless environments, including VLAN management and connectivity troubleshooting.

Monitor network performance and alerts; identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues such as outages, latency, and connectivity disruptions.

Perform firmware updates, patching, and assist with change management procedures across network devices.

Maintain accurate network documentation and support hybrid connectivity between on-premises systems and cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure).Days and Shift InformationFull-time positionStandard business hours with occasional after-hours supportParticipation in an on-call rotation for network support and incident responseWork EnvironmentOffice-based or hybrid work environment depending on business needsCollaborative team setting within the TechOps/IT departmentFast-paced environment supporting a multi-site enterprise network infrastructureQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferredEquivalent hands-on experience or relevant certifications may be considered in place of formal educationExperience1-3 years of experience in a network support, IT support, or similar technical roleFoundational knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and DNSExposure to or experience with Fortinet firewalls and/or Cisco Meraki environments preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is a plusExperience with network monitoring tools, documentation practices, and basic troubleshooting methodologiesPersonality TraitsEager to learn with a strong sense of curiosity about systems and networkingHands-on and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasksDetail-oriented and disciplined in following processes and maintaining documentationStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questionsReliable team player with clear communication skills and a collaborative approachAdditional InformationPay / Benefits / PerksPay rate: $85,000 
Paid Time Off:
Accrue up to five days of PTO in the first year; two weeks of vacation plus one week of PTO accrued upon first anniversary.
