Job Description

Position Duties:
Manage and implement IT protocols. Oversee network address assignments. Coordinate service calls to vendors. Keep licenses up to date and paid. Maintain IT inventory. Provide product user support. Properly dispose of equipment. Evaluate, recommend, and make hardware and software purchases. Install, monitor, evaluate, update and back up all software and hardware. Maintain switches and maintain and optimize network and file servers. Monitor, test and repair PCs, printers, servers, and network. Test hardware and software and install patches from bulletin boards to servers via intranet. Support WAN and external communications. Recommend and implement system updates. Install and implement security programs. Telecommuting permitted 20% of the time.
