Network / System Engineer#26-05249 Jersey City, NJ Charlotte, NC 40% Remote Contract Starts 6/29/2026 Ends 6/28/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Regulated Messaging Engineer for a hybrid position (3 days a week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining messagingpliance platforms that meet stringent regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work on Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance, ensuring secure andpliantmunication retention across platforms like Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg using Proofpoint Enterprise Archive.

Responsibilities:

Design and deploy regulated messaging solutions that meet globalpliance requirements Implement Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance frameworks for messaging and email Configure, test, and manage Proofpoint for archiving and retention Integrate messagingpliance solutions with platforms like Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg Driveplex migrations and ensure adnce to change control, security, and regulatory standards Communicate program updates and project milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership

Requirements:

10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in regulated environments Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Enterprise Archive (archiving, encryption,pliance policy management) Strong knowledge of Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance Proficiency in Python scripting and MSSQL database navigation Familiarity with cloud technologies andpliance services Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams Compliance Recording, Symphony, Bloomberg Chat, SMTP Forwarding, or Global Relay Bachelor's degree preferred Pay range: $63.68 - $71.68 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
