This role is 80% RemoteThis person will serve as the first level of troubleshooting and escalation for the Enterprise, Network-Device and Systems Servers for our client. Duties will include working with other analysts within the 24x7 NOC Environment. This analyst will have responsibility for the maintaining the reliability of our client's Network Systems utilizing HP Openview's Management suite of products and a very strong background in Network Operations, Cisco Devices, Windows Servers and leverages SNOW as their ticketing system. Responsibility for the reliability of the Network Infrastructure (primarily Cisco environment/Cisco Devices, and telecommunications infrastructure that would include DWDM, Sonet, Fiber and MPLS-Verizon 2. Break/Fix of CEG Network Devices, Cisco 6500/7200 and triage problems and resolution. 3. Perform network diagnostics to remediate detected/reported network incidents 4. Perform scheduled network configuration changes (SW/HW). 5. Work with groups within IT Infrastructure and IT Applications in resolving problem issues.
