C Description:
Administer and support SAP Integration Suite and related middleware platforms. Manage APIs, secure interfaces, event-driven integrations, and message flows between SAP and third-party applications. Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, message processing, retries, error handling, and end-to-end integration issues. Support hybrid integration scenarios across
SAP S/4HANA, SAP
BTP, cloud applications, and external services. Maintain platform performance, availability, security, and reliability during business-critical operations and cutovers. Support modernization initiatives by enabling API-led and microservices-based integration architectures. Automate interface deployments, monitoring, alerting, and operational recovery processes. Collaborate with Basis, security, network, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve integration incidents. Maintain integration standards, documentation, SLAs, governance, and audit readiness. Provide operational support and continuous improvement for enterprise integration services.
Requirement:
United States Citizen with Active Secret Clearance Experience with SAP middleware and integration technologies, including SAP Integration Suite. Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, messaging, and integration patterns. Experience supporting cloud, on-premise, and hybrid integration environments. Understanding of security, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of integration platforms. Cross-functional knowledge of SAP applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration architecture.
