About the Role We are looking for a SCADA Technician to join our Water team in our Greater Washington region and be based in Puyallup, Washington. You will report to a Senior Electrical Engineer. You will support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of SCADA systems, process instruments, and control panels post-deployment.

You Will:

Design and Develop - SCADA and HMI systems using platforms such as AVEVA, Ignition, Rockwell Automation, or similar. Test and Implement - Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, commissioning, and field start-up activities. Maintain - Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of SCADA systems, process instruments, and control panels post-deployment.

You Have:

Expertise in SCADA systems and related technologies like Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and telemetry. 4+ years of experience in on-site troubleshooting and integration of process control systems. Proficiency with PLC and HMI development software such as AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, or similar.

Compensation Information:

Base salary for this position is in the range of $90,000-$130,000 depending on qualifications. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
