Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript to drive test automation efforts across modern software products in a regulated environment. This role will serve as the automation SME within Agile product teams, developing scalable automation solutions and supporting quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
Build UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test automation.
Enhance and maintain enterprise automation frameworks and reusable test components.
Develop API and integration tests for complex workflows and data flows.
Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred).Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize test execution.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and quality initiatives.
Ensure compliance with validation, quality, and documentation standards.
