Job Description Job Title:
Senior Cisco Meraki Administrator Location:
Nashville/Goodlettsville, Tennessee (Hybrid)
Working Shift:
8am CT to 5 pm CT Role Overview We need a Senior Cisco Meraki administrator to help with store network lifecycle and provide status updates to management by navigating the Meraki dashboard.
Core Responsibilities:
Tracking and reporting on Inventory KPI's. Monitoring inventory of life‑cycle devices. Creating and maintaining documentation related to network changes. Acting as an escalation point addressing anomalies. Verifying configuration of new devices. Ensuring life‑cycled devices are removed from the Meraki dashboard. Providing detailed progress reports on life‑cycle status.
Required Technical Skills Cisco Meraki Platform:
 Expert-level knowledge of the Meraki Dashboard (MS, MX, MR, MV, SM).
Networking Protocols:
 Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and VPN technologies.
Wireless Technologies:
