Job Description

Senior Incident Management Analyst Bethpage, NY Full-Time Salary:
$66,300/yr Since 1957, ACLD has been a leader in supporting people with developmental disabilities across 70+ program sites in Nassau and Suffolk. As our Senior Incident Management Analyst, you will: Ensure compliance with all requirements of the Implementation of the Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Reforms to Incident Management. Conduct investigations into Notable Occurrences, Serious Notable Occurrences, events or situations that are not under the auspices of the agency and other incidents as assigned. Prepare and distribute all final reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and agency policy. Ensure entry of all required reports into OPWDD's Incident Reporting Management Application; Maintain database for and review all internal incidents and SCIP interventions. Serve as ACLD's liaison with OPWDD and the Justice Center. Complete trend analysis reports on Notable Occurrences, Serious Notable Occurrences, Minor Notable Occurrences and events or situations that are not under the auspices of the agency. Provide training and support to all OPWDD-funded programs on Incident Management systems and processes. Why ACLD?

We require:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Services Three (3) years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities or equivalent knowledge and experience Knowledge of OPWDD regulations Analytical, project management, and organizational skills necessary to facilitate and maintain compliance with incident management requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to coach and counsel, interpret and advise, and the ability to develop and present to professional forums Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Carry a cell phone 24 hours for incident reporting purposes Ready to Be a Catalyst for Change?
