Pay Range:

$50 - $57 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and maintenance for Cisco CUCM (Call Manager) environment Manage and support Cisco Wireless Controllers (9800 & 8540) Administer network management systems including Catalyst Center and Prime Infrastructure Support campus and remote network infrastructure including switches, routers, voice gateways, access points, and WiFi bridges Provide support for Palo Alto firewalls and coordinate OS/hardware upgrades with corporate teams Assist Cyber Security teams by providing logs and network-related data for analysis and compliance Troubleshoot network, voice, and wireless issues to ensure minimal downtime Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, deployments, and ongoing support

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Strong experience with Cisco CUCM / Unified Communications Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers (9800, 8540) Expertise in routing, switching, and wireless networking Experience with Catalyst Center / Prime Infrastructure Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls Familiarity with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Ability to support hybrid enterprise environments Experience with network security and cyber security support Exposure to large enterprise or campus network environments Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
