W2 Only Overview The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with vSphere, NSX, and vSAN. Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) is a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of VMware environments including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and VCF components Design, build, and implement solutions in both Greenfield and Brownfield environments Experience with VMware upgrades (VCF experience preferred) Develop and execute migration strategies within VMware environments, including VCF Perform workload migrations ensuring minimal downtime and disruption Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in enterprise VMware environments Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with: vSphere / ESXi

NSX / NSX-T

vSAN Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) or similar stack Experience with infrastructure migrations / modernization Strong networking knowledge (L2-L7) Experience working in enterprise VMware environments Preferred Skills Experience with VCF upgrades (9.x preferred) Exposure to SDDC Manager Hardware experience with Dell / HPE /

Cisco UCS Scripting:

PowerShell / Ansible VMware certifications ( VCP / VCIX / VCAP )
