About the role Concept Plus is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to manage, coordinate, and perform many aspects of network analysis of needs and services and participate in operations and administration of the LAN/WAN infrastructure. You will participate in designing solutions, planning and executing new implementations, working out new product integration and recommending LAN/WAN improvements. Develop and deploy plans and designs of network systems that will meet organization's requirements for performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires an on-site presence in a Silver Spring, MD office at least three days per week. What you'll do Proactively identify, diagnose, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to implement on customer networks. Manage and solve Tier 1 through Tier 3 issues Resolve assigned trouble tickets Cloud networking and support (GCP and OCI environments) Direct and frequent experience with
