This role requires a "best of both worlds" professional: someone who can architect secure cloud and network environments (M365, Fortigate, SonicWall) and isn't afraid to get hands-on with onsite hardware support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

Administer M365 (Modern Work), Microsoft Servers, and secure networking equipment (Fortigate, SonicWall, Unifi).

Security & Recovery:

Manage cybersecurity posture and act as the primary lead for incident response and disaster recovery efforts.

Onsite Support:

Provide physical onsite support for hardware deployments, server room maintenance, and high-priority end-user issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

Network Routing:

Configure and troubleshoot complex routing, VLANs, and firewall policies to ensure secure, high-speed connectivity.

Required Skills:

Proven Experience:

Strong background in Microsoft 365, Server Admin, and Networking (Fortigate/SonicWall/Unifi).

Cybersecurity:

Solid understanding of threat mitigation and recovery protocols.

Mobility:

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be onsite for physical troubleshooting and hardware management.

Physical Ability:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic equipment installation (racking, cabling).
