Mon. - Fri., 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Vaccine Policy:

Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree or certificate in computer science, technology, or related field. Minimum of three years of related experience, OR one year of experience (with Bachelor's degree), OR no experience necessary (with a Master's degree). Working knowledge of web administration best practices. Understanding of international web standards and protocols. Ability to efficiently multi-task on a daily basis. Proficiency with use of PC hardware & basic software (i.e. Microsoft office), email, and office equipment (i.e., copier, fax, scanner, telephone, etc.). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel. Strong customer service, verbal & written communication skills, project management, and presentation skills. Good interpersonal relationship skills including cultural sensitivity & competence. Proficiency with use of databases, data querying, and reporting.
General Responsibilities:
Administers and maintains daily operation of agency websites and social media platforms based on staff and programmatic needs. Creates new web pages based on existing templates as needed. Ensures system availability for internet traffic. Monitors site traffic & performance and recommends changes in the websites' technical architecture to ensure that the website remains responsive, stable, and secure. Troubleshoots agency websites and leads the resolution of internal and external issues that impact website & social media platform performance. Reviews statistics, monitors analytics, and provides summary of the information to the agency communication officer and management team. Ensures that the websites are properly integrated with agency computer systems and back-end processes. Serves as the liaison between external hosting partners and the agency. Addresses issues with external website hosting companies or email service providers. Assists with the evaluation, development, and maintenance of file servers and related systems. Analyzes the websites' health and creates statistics and analytics as evidence of website health and performance. Ensures that agency websites maintain adaptive design (e.g. mobile friendly and works on multiple platforms). Remains current with web design software/hardware and design techniques that can improve the agency's websites. Provides assistance to other members of the Communications and IT teams as needed. Partners with Communications staff to edit and post website and social media content. Maintains inventory of agency promotions and manages the ad server software. Develops and extracts reports from databases (i.e., Enterprise, etc.) for delivery to internal and external customers. Gathers and organizes documents to satisfy public records requests or other reporting obligations. Participates in public health emergency activities as needed. Collaborates with internal and external partners on special projects as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
