Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Extensive experience with SCCM and GPO configurations and deployments Experience with Data backups and recovery methods and tools. Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system in a global enterprise (eg. Servicenow, Jira).
