Senior Network Engineer

• Responsibilities & Qualifications

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Lead complex network implementations while ensuring the stability and maintenance of existing infrastructure.

+ Provide technical solutions and mentor junior engineers in network-related tasks. + Conduct network surveys and documentation to support infrastructure planning. + Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions to meet their needs. + Design and implement advanced network configurations to optimize performance. + Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical network issues and provide rapid resolutions. + Evaluate emerging technologies for potential network enhancements and improvements. + Monitor the work quality of junior engineers and provide guidance and feedback. + Participate in technical design reviews to ensure project alignment with best practices. + Manage local implementation teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• + Five (5) years enterprise networking + Experience with advanced LAN implementation + Advanced LAN implementation experience + Expertise in complex network troubleshooting + Proven team leadership capabilities + Proficiency in technical documentation + Skilled in analyzing customer requirements + Ability to evaluate and recommend technology solutions + Must have an active Secret clearance

• CERTIFICATIONS

• + CCNP or equivalent

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• + Experience with project management + Proficiency in training development and delivery + Skilled in customer relationship management + Expertise in change management processes
