Job Description
Network Analyst TEKsystems $25.00

- Description
- The client is seeking a Network Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise network transformation initiative across 16,000+ retail locations nationwide.
- Key Responsibilities
- Network Operations & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as a key liaison between the client and telecom providers
- Coordinate and execute network cutovers, including decommissioning legacy equipment and activating new Meraki-based infrastructure
- Track, monitor, and follow up on incidents, outages, and recurring network issues
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution with vendors and internal teams Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 2 support for network-related incidents (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless)
- Perform root cause analysis and document resolution details, timelines, and corrective actions
- Support escalations to Tier 3 engineering teams for complex issues
- Monitor network performance, alerts, and overall health Meraki Administration & Optimization
- Configure, update, and maintain network environments within the Meraki dashboard
- Perform cleanup, optimization, and standardization of configurations
- Ensure accuracy of device inventory and network configurations Network Lifecycle & Deployment Support
- Support large-scale rollout and migration efforts from legacy networks to modern solutions (Meraki / SD-WAN aligned)
- Assist with circuit and service transitions, including upgrades and decommissioning efforts
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of network changes Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Tier 3 engineers, offshore/nearshore teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Communicate network impacts, risks, and updates effectively across teams
- Support ongoing process improvements and operational workflows Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of network activities, incidents, and escalation paths
- Contribute to reporting and tracking initiatives to improve visibility into network performance
- Assist with operational reporting and trend analysis where needed

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $25.00
- $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
