Job Description

Job Description A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Network Operations Specialist to support large‑scale retail network operations by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SD‑WAN, RF/Wi‑Fi, and telephony systems across domestic and international locations. This role is operationally focused and critical to ensuring reliable connectivity and a strong end‑user experience.
Responsibilities May Include:
  • Support Cisco SD‑WAN network connectivity and Cisco Call Manager telephony services
  • Provide RF/Wi‑Fi network support across a large, distributed retail environment
  • Proactively monitor network performance using monitoring and analytics tools
  • Manage and resolve incidents in alignment with SLA requirements
  • Deliver high‑quality customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Partner with field teams, carriers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Hands‑on experience with Cisco SD‑WAN
  • Experience supporting Cisco Call Manager and large distributed Wi‑Fi networks
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non‑technical users
  • Hands‑on experience with CCNA
