Key Responsibilities:

Track and maintain Problem Report (PR) status using Smartsheets. Review, interpret, and diagnose PR requests submitted from job sites. Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to accurately assess and resolve reported issues. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to reported problems. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all PRs.
