Qualifications:
12+ years experience required Firewall Administration - Security Management (IT IS) Expertise in Cisco WAN-LAN Technologies, Firewall and Security systems, Load Balancing and Data Center Networking Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems Design, implement, and support a Cisco centric WAN, LAN, and WLAN environment This includes routers, firewalls, security, wireless, LAN switching, and Nexus Data Center Helps maintain proper use of network monitoring systems Implement and push firewall rules, Configure LTM, F5 pool etc. Run application performance and packet analysis using Wireshark Support site to site VPNs and client VPN solutions Work with emerging technologies such as SD-WAN or Data Center products Generate clear and concise documentation in the form of case notes, Knowledge base and network diagrams Assist with Voice over IP implementation and support Follow proper change management processes and escalation procedures Ensure customers receive prompt, accurate and courteous service Engage vendors and carriers as required to assist in troubleshooting or implementation of network solutions Assist in the development of documentation and SOPs for the department Assist other team members with special projects and technology rollouts Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations if required and flexible for over the night and/or weekend activities.

Team Management, Working with customers Architects and Principal Engineer This position is responsible for designing, installing, maintaining and supporting LAN, WLAN, WAN, TCPIP, DHCP, DNS, switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, QoS, and VoIP Installation and maintenance of hardware, software, troubleshooting and security Provide high-level technical support for data network systems, creates, and maintains network documentation Versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches, network security devices and network management systems This position requires excellent troubleshooting, problem management and customer service skills.
