Key Responsibilities Lead payer relations, credentialing, contracting, and payer enrollment activities across the organization, ensuring timely provider participation and optimal reimbursement outcomes. Establish and strengthen relationships with national and regional payers, including BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and others, to support Curis' expansion into new markets and states. Identify and execute opportunities for reimbursement enhancement through fee schedule optimization, contract renegotiation, network expansion, and value-based initiatives. Maintain expertise in payer policies, credentialing requirements, reimbursement trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics across multiple states, proactively advising leadership on risks, opportunities, and strategic impacts. Manage end-to-end provider enrollment, recredentialing, and credential maintenance processes across multiple states while maintaining accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation. Oversee credentialing software platforms, CAQH management, payer enrollment workflows, and related operational processes. Develop and implement credentialing policies, workflows, reporting, and performance metrics to improve turnaround times, reduce enrollment delays, and support scalable organizational growth. Support new clinic launches and expansions by ensuring payer participation, enrollment readiness, and network adequacy. Partner closely with the Revenue Cycle Director and Compliance Officer to support delegated credentialing initiatives, credentialing compliance standards, and payer alignment strategies. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, payer relations, healthcare contracting, or revenue cycle operations. Previous experience working directly with commercial and government payers, healthcare organizations, credentialing vendors, or delegated credentialing environments preferred. Strong understanding of provider credentialing, payer enrollment processes, payer contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and multi-state payer requirements. Ability to analyze reimbursement trends, fee schedules, payer policies, and market benchmarks to support operational and strategic decision-making. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with payers, providers, leadership, and cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to support organizational growth initiatives, market expansion, and payer alignment efforts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ready to Join Us?
