Network Engineer - Senior New Fort Bliss, Texas Full-Time Software Development Tiber Creek Ai is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support on-site operations at Fort Bliss, Texas, serving as a critical technical leader responsible for delivering comprehensive communications network engineering and interagency support services for the annual integration, planning, engineering, documentation, assessment, and reporting of Joint Warfighting Assessment (JWA) Joint and Coalition networks. This role supports the design and sustainment of secure, mission-critical communications infrastructures that enable mission command for Army, Joint Service, Interagency, and multinational exercise participants across highly complex operational environments. Master's degree (MA/MS) or Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 12+ years with a Bachelor's degreeClearance:
Current DoD Secret Clearance is required.Minimum Qualifications:

The position requires end-to-end network engineering expertise to support all facets of network architecture, from strategic planning and systems integration to operational execution and post-event analysis. These networks form the communications backbone for Brigade, Division, Corps, and Joint operations conducted within Joint, Interagency, and Multinational (JIM) frameworks, supporting mission sets such as Combined Arms Maneuver (CAM), Wide Area Security (WAS), counterinsurgency, and stability operations. This role also ensures interoperability and unity of effort among U.S. forces and multinational coalition partners, including Australia, Great Britain, Canada, and New Zealand (ABCAN), while providing technical planning support, audience coaching and training, and actionable written and verbal reporting to enhance lessons learned and operational readiness across JWA exercises. The overarching Information Security and Communication Security requirements for the Agency network add to the complexity of this position.Job Duties:
Responsible for Installation, configuration, and support of an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Agency Internet Network, Intranet and Internet and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system Maintains network hardware and software; monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability May supervise other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures Provide leadership/mentorship to junior & mid-level network engineers Oversees network control center Provides support for network-related projects Performs a full range of complex network designs encompassing multiple technologies within a single network Evaluates new network technologies and makes recommendations to project managers regarding the integration of these technologies into the existing network Plans new configurations for integration into the network, using knowledge of the performance characteristics of the systems being added to the network and the specifications for network interfaces to ensure effective integration and optimal network performance Ensures that adequate and appropriate planning is provided for hardware and communications facilities to develop and implement methodologies for analysis, installation and support of voice communications systems Provides support in the translation of business requirements into telecommunications (e.g., LAN, Mobile Area Network, WAN, Voice and Video) requirements, designs and orders Why Join Tiber Creek AI?
