JD Details Responsibilities:
Maintain computer networks including routers, switches, VPNs and other physical hardware/software Monitor systems to improve network performance for all systems Create firewall rules and update software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected Provide on-site support for projects that require on-site installation and support Execute Wi-Fi RF (Radio Frequency) planning, site surveys, and tuning to ensure optimal coverage, signal quality, and minimal interference. Configure and maintain Aruba wireless hardware including Mobility Conductor, Mobility Controllers, Access Points, and switches. Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases Implement and monitor robust network security measures, including 802.1X, RADIUS/EAP-TLS authentication, and Role-Based Access Control (ClearPass) Provide Tier 2/3 support to diagnose, isolate, and resolve wireless connectivity and performance issues Participate in on-call rotation Report network status to key stakeholders Improve knowledge and understanding of network and security best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems Ability to work overtime Ability to travel overnight
Requirements/Qualifications:
