Poly required Position Description We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications / Network Support Engineer to support mission-critical infrastructure and operational environments. The selected candidate will provide telecommunications support, infrastructure monitoring, network maintenance, and operational coordination in a 24/7 support environment. This role requires close coordination with ISP and Gateway GES watch staff, customers, and technical support personnel to ensure timely response, notification, and resolution of operational events and infrastructure issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience; OR Twenty (20) years of relevant experience with no degree required. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems. Provide 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, logging, ticketing, and reporting for supported systems. Coordinate with ISP and Gateway GES watch staff to maintain situational awareness and support operational response actions. Coordinate with customers and support personnel to provide event notification, troubleshooting, and response activities. Perform router and switch updates in support of security actions and infrastructure maintenance activities. Support network operations and ensure system availability within mission environments. Document operational activities, incidents, and maintenance actions. Assist with troubleshooting network, telecommunications, and infrastructure issues. Desired Skills Experience supporting enterprise telecommunications and network environments. Familiarity with router and switch configuration and maintenance. Experience with infrastructure monitoring and ticketing systems. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Clearance Requirement Active TS/SCI clearance required.
