The VCF Design & Deploy Senior Consultant is a mission-critical, hands-on expert responsible for delivering VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions within secure, enterprise-scale environments. This role bridges architecture and execution-bringing designs to life through deployment, integration, and optimization. You will work directly with customer stakeholders across high-visibility DoD, federal, or regulated environments to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms. Manager, and VMware Aria/vRA Execute deployment runbooks aligned with architectural designs and VMware validated architectures Configure and validate compute, storage, networking, and virtualization layers Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and integration issues during deployment and post-deployment Conduct environment assessments and provide recommendations for performance, scalability, and stability Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and execution accuracy Produce high-quality documentation (as-builts, runbooks, procedures) Support Day-1 and Day-2 operational readiness and knowledge transfer Operate effectively in secure, mission-critical DoD, federal, or regulated environments Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance Strong hands-on experience with VMware technologies (VCF, NSX-T, vSphere, v
