Assist in training junior employees. Provide diagnostics and technical resolution for any local or remote assets. Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets using ServiceNow. Provide outstanding service by interacting directly with customers seeking resolution. Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in a clear and concise manner. Document work to share with Storage and Virtualization team. Education & Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, and 2 - 4 years of related experience

Desired:

Direct experience with VMware vSphere Experience with storage and hardware solutions for virtualized computing environments Certifications Security+, or other qualifying IAT II certification VMWare VCP certification or ability to obtain with 180 days Security Clearance Active Secret or TOP Secret Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.) Shift - The primary shift for this position is Monday - Friday between the operating hours of 0600 to 1700 Computer World Services is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
