Serve as the primary liaison between Networking teams, Microsoft leadership, and on-shift personnel. Configure network devices via CLI, deploy patches, and optimize Layer 2/3 protocols. 5+ years demonstrated performance in network engineering technology, with a bachelor's degree or industry equivalent experience. Demonstrated expertise with WAN/Internet transport and routing technologies, such as BGP, MPLS, and SD-WAN, to be able to assist product level experts in network operations and sustainment.
