Endpoint Management Administrator - SCCM / Intune /
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and PowerShell automation, along with experience in cloud-based device management and AI-assisted operations. This role requires a detail-oriented engineer who can operate independently while collaborating across infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesEndpoint Management & AdministrationAdminister and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environmentsManage device configurations, collections, compliance baselines, and co-managementSupport Windows 10/11 endpoint environmentsSoftware Deployment & Patch ManagementPackage, test, and deploy applications using SCCM and IntuneManage patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS, and IntuneMonitor deployment success and troubleshoot failuresOperating System Deployment (OSD)Build and maintain imaging solutions, task sequences, and Autopilot configurationsManage device provisioning, driver packages, and hardware refresh initiativesSecurity & ComplianceEnforce endpoint security baselines and compliance policiesSupport vulnerability remediation and audit readinessImplement endpoint protection controls and standardsAutomation & AI EnablementDevelop advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and reportingLeverage AI-assisted tools to optimize endpoint operations and workflowsIntegrate APIs such as Microsoft Graph to automate provisioning and complianceMonitoring, Support & OptimizationProvide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related issuesMonitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance metricsDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies
