C Job Description:
We are seeking a NOC Support Engineer with experience in infrastructure monitoring and 24x7 production support environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to VMware, Nutanix, Windows/Linux administration, cloud operations, and monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog.

Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure systems, troubleshooting incidents, supporting daily operations, and ensuring system availability across enterprise environments.
Mandatory Skills:
VMware (Must Have) Nutanix (Must Have)
Windows Server Administration Linux Administration Monitoring Tools:
New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace, SCOM Microsoft 365 Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls) ServiceNow /
ITSM Tools Infrastructure & NOC Monitoring Incident Management & Troubleshooting Important Skills:
SAN/NAS Storage Exposure Quantum / Isilon Storage Knowledge Cloud Exposure (AWS/Azure) Rubrik Backup Management Load Balancers (F5) DR Support & Failover Validation Operational Reporting & Documentation 24x7
Production Support Experience Key Responsibilities:
Monitor enterprise infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Nutanix, storage, and network devices Perform L1/L1.5 support for incidents, alerts, and outages Monitor applications, infrastructure, and operational dashboards Support troubleshooting, escalation, and incident resolution activities Work with infrastructure, application, and networking teams for issue resolution Support patching, deployments, maintenance, and DR activities Maintain operational documentation, reports, and runbooks
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation Certification Experience in enterprise NOC or MSP environments Exposure to hybrid cloud environments
