Job Summary New Horizon Care Centers (NHCC) is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Network & Cloud Support Technician. This role is ideal for candidates with a 2-year IT degree who want to build experience in networking, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and user support for hardware, software, printers, and Microsoft 365 Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, MFA, and access control Support Azure/AWS cloud-connected systems under guidance of senior staff Troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate issues as needed Maintain documentation for tickets, systems, and onboarding Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in IT or related field 2 years of experience in role or related Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Introductory knowledge of Azure or AWS Strong problem-solving and communication skills Must be able to pass a drug test Preferred Qualifications CompTIA Network+, AZ-900, or AWS Cloud Practitioner Experience with Microsoft 365,
