Our client is seeking a Lead Service Technician to troubleshoot, optimize, and support advanced residential and commercial technology systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Compensation:
$35-$45 per hour based on experience and qualifications
What You'll Be Doing:
Troubleshoot and resolve audio/video, networking, automation, security, and smart technology issues Manage 1-5 service calls daily throughout the Birmingham area Perform onsite and remote diagnostics to identify root causes Lead service calls and provide guidance to junior technicians Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support Recommend system improvements and preventative maintenance solutions Maintain accurate service documentation and project updates What You'll Need to be
Considered:
Ability to independently manage service calls and troubleshoot complex technology systems Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills Experience with AV integration, automation, networking, security, or related technologies Ability to read schematics, floor plans, and technical documentation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests Valid driver's license with a clean driving record !
