Job Requirements Mobile, AL Secret Polygraph not specified Early Career (2+ yrs experience) Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Harkcon, Inc. is pursuing a contract supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Project Resident Office (PRO) in Mobile, Alabama. Should Harkcon be awarded the contract, our team will provide administrative and program support services for OPC program execution. This position is contingent upon Harkcon being awarded the work. We are interviewing and sending contingent offer letters to the most qualified applicants in a number of labor categories. The SharePoint Technical and Data Management Support Specialist will support the development, maintenance, organization, and reporting of OPC program information within the SharePoint environment. This role supports document workflows, data repositories, reporting, metrics, and version-controlled program records for the Offshore Patrol Cutter program. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support SharePoint development of local OPC SharePoint tools, software support, upgrades, dashboards, workflows, data maintenance, and data organization.
  • Develop SharePoint workflows to support contract management, team activities, dashboards, and improved document management, repository, and search/referencing functions.
  • Research and data mine in and out of SharePoint to retrieve status information and develop metrics as required.
  • Organize and maintain a complete electronic set of current and historical program documents in SharePoint, including memoranda, specifications, correspondence, scheduling revisions, plans, presentations, and briefings.
  • Initiate, expedite, and close out workflows related to document creation, indexing, review, delivery, and approval.
  • Create standardized reports and presentation graphs on workflow status and process metrics.
  • Present SharePoint systems status and user requirements.
  • Store and maintain version-controlled data products processed through workflows, including contract deliverables, comment matrices, status reports, reviewer lists, and process instructions.
  • Monitor data repositories and forward documentation to relevant U.S. Coast Guard staff as directed.
  • Monitor SharePoint content and notify the COR of issues within one day of discovery.
  • Review documents for proper distribution markings and data rights; review contractor-submitted Data Accession Lists and provide recommendations.
  • Support the organization, tracking, maintenance, and validation of spreadsheets containing historical responses and design decisions for the OPC program.
  • Support data calls, routine reporting, lessons learned inputs, financial activity tracking, and process planning for new and existing reports, trackers, and documents. Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of four (4) years of infrastructure and web-based development in a SharePoint software environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Experience in performance metrics, analysis, and trending.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Outlook, and related tools used on a Coast Guard standard workstation.
  • Secret clearance - active Work Environment
  • Work is performed on-site in the OPC PRO office in Mobile, Alabama.
  • Normal hours are generally 0900 to 1700 CST, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays, though other hours may be required.
