Service Credit Union is seeking an Applications Systems Administrator II who will maintain the operations and performance of the enterprise IT application applications. This position will manage the deployments, maintenance and support of the Credit Union's Applications and Business systems infrastructure.
Compensation:
Starting at $98,000. Negotiable with experience.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30a.m.-5:00-p.m;
Hybrid:
Required three days in office

Position Responsibilities:
Work in conjunction with the Manager of Applications/Systems to manage the operation, installation and maintenance of the IT application systems infrastructure. Including Business applications/systems, custom applications and processes, Application and database servers. Microsoft Active Directory & servers. Develop & maintain Application documentation: Installation processes, SOPs, checklists, guides, best practices and procedures to support application management. Provide support to IT Teams with Application operational and support tasks. Regular rotation for on-call duty. Maintain confidentiality regarding credit union policies and procedures, member financial data, personal information, and work-related events.
Experience & Qualifications:
Associate's in Information Systems or equivalent preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 - 6 years' experience in a related IT position. Experience deploying, upgrading and maintaining business systems and applications. Experience developing and maintaining SQL and Powershell scripts/processes. Understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP) Design, implement and package Business applications and upgrades for deployment using SCCM. Experience upgrading and maintaining Business Operating Systems to include: Microsoft Windows Server 2020-2025, Microsoft Windows 11, Linux Red hat both on perm and cloud environments. Operational knowledge of creating, renewing and maintaining SSL/TLS certificates. Operational knowledge of database structures and operations, (MS-SQL). Demonstrated knowledge of MS-SQL Server.
Including:
clustering, HA groups, deployments, migrations, upgrades and maintenance Operational experience with MS Server administration. Including service accounts, security groups and GPO deployments and routing application / server updates. Detail oriented and organized; able to understand complex information systems and ensure accuracy of work. Understanding of Project management fundamentals. Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing. Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required.
