Control M Support Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Strong knowledge of Control-M Enterprise Manager and Control-M/Agent. Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripts, Windows PowerShell, or Python. Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) on job failures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Designing, creating, and managing job schedules, including dependencies and data processing tasks. Utilizing Control-M monitoring to track job execution in real-time, resolving errors and investigating root causes. Installing, upgrading, and patching Control-M components (Servers, Agents) on Windows/Unix environments. Managing user authorization and ensuring audit requirements are met through centralized control.
