Operations Systems Specialist ABB Motors and Mechanical Inc.

This position reports to:
Operations Systems Manager __ The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite Your role and responsibilities: The Operations Systems Specialist plays a critical role in driving improvements across core business processes within operations by owning problems end-to-end and delivering measurable results. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing automation opportunities (including AI-enabled use cases), supporting key systems such as SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, and Shop Floor Display, and strengthening how systems enable operational execution. This role partners directly with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, SIOP, Manufacturing, and Quality to understand challenges, influence solutions, and drive outcomes. You will lead and execute projects from problem definition through implementation, operating effectively without formal authority and take accountability for results in a fast-paced environment. Success requires strong analytical thinking, a continuous learning mindset and a high level of ownership, initiative and cross-functional collaboration.
