Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator to lead the stability, security, and day-to-day performance of our technology environment in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role blends cloud administration, infrastructure oversight, end-user support, and security operations to keep systems running efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across Microsoft platforms, hybrid environments, and enterprise support while helping shape practical improvements to IT services and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee identity and access administration across Entra ID, including account provisioning, permission structures, policy management, and role-based access controls.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune to support device enrollment, compliance standards, application delivery, and mobile endpoint administration.
  • Strengthen security by implementing multi-factor authentication, maintaining conditional access rules, and responding to risks or incidents affecting cloud systems.
  • Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including core collaboration and messaging services, tenant settings, and license allocation.
  • Maintain core infrastructure across servers, virtual environments, networks, firewalls, wireless connectivity, backups, and recovery planning.
  • Support and manage physical security technologies such as badge access systems, door controllers, and integrated surveillance components.
  • Act as the highest level of escalation for complex technical issues involving hardware, software, connectivity, and user access.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment, configuring accounts, assigning access, and recovering assets when needed.
  • Develop clear technical documentation, maintain operating procedures, and contribute to IT initiatives such as office technology deployments, audits, and system upgrades.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate new tools, manage assets and software usage, and improve overall service delivery and cost efficiency.
