The Role The Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's enterprise financial systems. This role focuses on supporting core accounting functions utilizing Oracle Fusion, managing banking and treasury integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow between the ERP and ancillary financial systems. The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting financial reporting, and driving process efficiency. What you will accomplish ERP & Financial Systems Administration Administer and support the organization's ERP (Oracle Fusion) and financial systems. Maintain system configurations, user access, and security in alignment with internal controls and audit requirements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability of financial operations. Manage and support integrations between the ERP and external banking platforms, including payment processing (ACH, wire, check) and bank statement automation. Oversee bank connectivity methods (e.g., APIs, SFTP). Design, maintain, and monitor integrations between the ERP and ancillary systems (e.g., payroll, HRIS, expense management, procurement, billing, and reporting tools). Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems; investigate and resolve integration failures or discrepancies. External Consultant & Project Oversight Serve as the primary point of contact for external system consultants, implementation partners, and vendors. Lead coordination of external resources to ensure alignment with internal priorities and timelines. Review and monitor project plans, deliverables, and milestones for system implementations and enhancements. Proactively identify risks, gaps, and delays; escalate issues to leadership with recommended solutions. Ensure consultants deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes aligned with business requirements. Facilitate communication between consultants and internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Treasury). Compliance and Controls Maintain and support IT general controls (ITGCs) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits through documentation, access management, and control evidence. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and deployment. Manage and prioritize ongoing system changes and improvement initiatives. What we would like you to have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or financial systems in a corporate environment. Construction industry experience highly preferred. Familiarity with Oracle products (Oracle Fusion) and system administrator tasks is required. Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, or integration platforms). Familiarity with banking standards (e.g., NACHA, ISO 20022). Experience with financial or operational reporting tools. Working knowledge of data structures, file formats (e.g., CSV, XML), and basic querying (e.g., SQL).
