Nox Group of Companies is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona! This position coordinates assets and requests for the IT department. This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, cell phones, desk phones, and vendor-specific hardware and software. The role also implements internal systems and assists IT team members with requests. This position will help Nox Group and its companies grow. Responsibilities Entering devices into the system Audit device list for accuracy QA device setups Ensure IT Requests are moving and the device pickup pile is accurate Monitor Shipping for devices Ensuring Backlog of devices are accurate User Setup Separations Monitor the ticketing system for stale tickets System documentation of maintenance and upgrades.
Communicate with users as required:
keep them informed of incident progress. Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure. Review documentation and ensure it meets enterprise standards. Review inventory for out-of-date/spec devices Qualifications Detail oriented Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Business awareness:
specific knowledge of the users and how IT relates to their department strategy and goals. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Technical awareness:
the ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately. Provide service awareness of all organizations' critical IT services for which support is provided. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Office 365 Education/Certifications Safety Level This is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply. The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
