Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Designs, deploys, integrates, and manages SAP and 3rd-party applications in an Enterprise IT environment. Well-versed in multiple facets of the SAP Ecosystem; resolves complex inter and intra-platform issues. Is mindful of the impact service disruptions pose to our business and pursues resolution with urgency and sensitivity. Collaborates effectively with the SAP Architecture team, IT, and business colleagues to understand business requirements, develop solution blueprints aligned with standards and usage guidelines, and deliver solutions which perform to specifications. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and urgency in planning and achieving defined deliverables. Contributes to creation and execution of the strategic roadmap for SAP applications and infrastructure in an enterprise IT environment; develops service definitions, requirements, principles and governance models to guide technology decisions. Reviews, proposes, and deploys technical and application solutions, comparing multiple options where appropriate; offers objective, data-driven recommendations regarding best fit for our environment. Manages projects effectively to obtain targeted business outcomes. Works collaboratively with a diverse team in a globally distributed manufacturing organization. Demonstrates awareness of, and respect for varied cultures and perspectives in an organization that values diversity. Provides Continuous Improvement thought leadership and contributes to defining and achieving objectives.
