Sales & Operations & ERP Systems Administrator Instaco LLC Compton, CA Job Details Full-time $50,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications ERP systems Data analytics Organizational skills Business Administration Associate's degree Process management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sales & Operations & ERP Systems Administrator to drive excellence across our sales processes, operational workflows, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. In this pivotal role, you'll serves as the primary point of contact for ERP system administration, user support, order management, reporting, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing operational systems that support sales, inventory, production, and logistics teams. ERP & Systems Administration Serve as the primary internal contact for ERP system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system setup across departments and warehouse locations. Train team members on ERP and CRM system functionality and best practices. Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to improve workflows, reporting, and system integrations. Monitor and resolve issues across ERP, CRM, Shopify, and related business platforms. Sales Operations & Order Management Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and efficiently. Support product SKU management and system data maintenance. Monitor order lifecycles and ensure accuracy of pricing, inventory, and shipping information. Collaborate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, inventory, and shipments. Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, and performance dashboards. Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes. Support inventory accuracy initiatives, barcode scanning programs, and system enhancements. Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) management and work order administration. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy across departments. Participate in system implementation, testing, and process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, ERP administration, order management, or a similar operational role. Experience working with ERP, CRM, inventory management, or order processing systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Ability to troubleshoot system and process-related issues independently. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments. Experience in apparel, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments is a plus. Familiarity with Shopify, BrandBoom, or similar platforms is preferred. Exenta experience HIGHLY preferred

Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
